Is there a fee to pay online or over the phone?
No! We do not charge an additional fee for payments submitted over the phone, online or for auto-pay.

Why wasn't my container emptied?

Items in personal containers or polycarts must be in kitchen-sized bags or bigger that can be easily lifted by the driver to place in the truck.  Loose trash will not be picked up.  Access to the trash container can also inhibit the crew from picking up trash.  Please see the below information under Access and Ground Contitions.

How do I change or cancel my service?

Please call the office for any changes or to cancel your service.  918-708-2292

Accounts will continue to accrue monthly charges unless we have been notified by phone.

What time will they pick up my trash?

We do not set appointment times for trash pick up, only pick up days.  Many factors can cause a change in the pick up time such as weather, personnel and equipment.  Please make sure the trash is ready by 7:00am on your pick up day. They will pick up anytime during daylight hours.
